The Champagne Taittinger Brut Prestige Rosé is an elegant and racy champagne from the great crus around Reims. In intense, vivid, bright cherry red it shines in the glass, with pink-silver reflections. Fine pearls – with very tender and persistent mousseux – animate it to noble enjoyment. Fresh and young, wide and expressive nose, with freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries, red and blackcurrants, red berry jam, raspberry-strawberry-pate, delicately spicy herbs, floral hints, honey, rose hip, a dark mineral.
On the palate it convinces with a firm body, finesse, structure, freshness, elegance, beautiful minerality and powerful mousse. Light-footed, velvety – with crunchy berries, cherries, white apple, candied orange zest, light herbal spice. In the finale, fine fruit sweetness emerges, a hint of honey, blackberry, minerals.

A great Rosé d’Assemblage, which acquires its impressive colour and incomparable liveliness on the palate by adding red Pinot Noir still wine to the final (white vinified) cuvée. The high Chardonnay content in the blend ensures the fine elegance. This is the perfect introduction to a feast – and its ultimate culmination. As a delicious aperitif and as a discreet accompaniment to a fruity dessert.
